Leadership Drives Success

At Part 2 of the leadership series, Teresa will provide:

  • A recap of MBTI profiles/preferences through the lens of leadership
  •  A presentation of “Key qualities of a leader” and demonstrate in the presentation how MBTI preferences can support these qualities as well as share how they might hinder these qualities.  It will bring to life what a great leader does and how these qualities serve their success in whatever they do at work.
  • A tool called P=p-i.  Full definition: Performance=potential-interference.  This tool will have participants identify what brings out their potential and what interferes with their performance as it relates to what great leaders do and don’t do.

This powerful workshop will focus on self-awareness….the corner stone of self-development and growth.  Through dynamic dialogue and sharing real life examples, participants will be given the opportunity to apply the concepts immediately following the learning event.

"After attending Teresa's workshop I found myself approaching negotiations differently.  I started varying my approach with the clearer understanding that as individuals we all have preferences on how we prefer to communicate and receive information."
